Privacy Policy

Last updated

Peptly is built to keep your data on your device. This page explains what Peptly collects, what it does not, and how the marketing site at thepeptly.com handles visitor data. Plain language; full canonical privacy policy is also hosted at barisbr.com/peptly/privacy.

What the iOS app does NOT collect

  • The contents of your injection log.
  • Your saved reconstitution mixes.
  • The peptides you select or doses you draw.
  • Your name, email, or any account identity (because there is no account).
  • Location data, contacts, photos, or microphone.

What the iOS app does collect (aggregate analytics)

  • Screen views and feature taps via Firebase Analytics (e.g. "calculator screen viewed", "paywall shown").
  • App install attribution via AppsFlyer — to credit the source (App Store search, Apple Search Ads, web) that drove your install. Tied to an anonymized device identifier, not your identity.
  • Purchase events via RevenueCat — subscription start, renewal, cancellation, refund. RevenueCat receives the App Store transaction ID, not your name or email.
  • Crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics — anonymized stack traces only.

What the marketing site (thepeptly.com) collects

  • Page views via Google Analytics 4. Anonymized IP, no cookie banner needed because no PII is collected.
  • Standard web logs at the Cloudflare edge — IP, user agent, requested path — for security and performance.

What Peptly never does

  • Never sells, shares, or rents personal data.
  • Never sends behavioral data to advertising networks.
  • Never trains AI models on your usage.
  • Never combines analytics with health-data-relevant identifiers.

Your iOS controls

  • App Tracking Transparency (ATT): Peptly respects your ATT choice. Declining ATT disables attribution beyond the App Store source.
  • Analytics opt-out: Toggle in Settings → Privacy.
  • Delete all data: Settings → Reset clears the on-device log and saved mixes. Uninstalling the app removes everything.

Children

Peptly is rated 12+ on the App Store. The app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
