Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my Peptly Pro subscription? +
iOS subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings. Open the App Store, tap your profile picture, tap "Subscriptions", and find Peptly. From there you can cancel or change tier.
I deleted the app — is my injection log gone? +
Yes. Peptly stores the log on-device. Uninstalling removes the local storage. If you exported the log to CSV before uninstalling, you can restore by importing back into a fresh install.
I switched to a new iPhone — how do I move my data? +
Use iCloud Backup (Settings → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup). When you restore the new iPhone from backup, Peptly's on-device data restores with it. There is no Peptly account or cloud sync to migrate.
Why does Peptly not have an Android version? +
Android parity is on the roadmap. As an indie app, Peptly launched on iOS first to keep the initial scope small. Track the roadmap by following App Store updates.
